When We Offer Refunds or Replacements

We want every bite to make you smile. If you receive a wrong product, we'll make it right. Our team carefully checks every order before dispatch, but if an error occurs, we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order ID and a clear photo of what you received.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll send the correct item or issue a refund.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched at the earliest.
  • If replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is usually 5–7 business days.
