When We Offer Refunds or Replacements
We want every bite to make you smile. If you receive a wrong product, we'll make it right. Our team carefully checks every order before dispatch, but if an error occurs, we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order ID and a clear photo of what you received.
- Once confirmed, we’ll send the correct item or issue a refund.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Eligibility Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- The request must be made within the specified time frame.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order ID, is required.
When Refunds Are Not Possible
- If you change your mind after purchase.
- If the correct product is delivered but doesn't match personal taste.
- If damage occurs after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
- If delivery delays occur due to logistics, natural events, or weather beyond our control.
- If the request is made after the 48-hour reporting window.
Replacement Process
- If eligible, replacement is provided at no extra cost.
- Our team will verify the issue based on the provided details and images.
- Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched at the earliest.
- If replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after verification and approval.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is usually 5–7 business days.
- Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
